Twitterサスペンド、そして復活
先日、私のTwitterアカウントがサスペンドされました。
自動フォローするツールを使っていたのでそれが原因だったようです。
ヘルプへのリンクがあったので読んで、
Twitter本社の方へ問い合わせ＆復旧依頼。
翌日、以下の返事が返ってきました。

Your account was suspended for aggressive following and/or follower
churn (repeatedly following and un-following large numbers of people).
These are violations of the Twitter Rules

You will need to revoke access to any automated applications that are
causing your account to violate the rules. The only automated following
behavior that Twitter allows is auto-follow-back (following a user after
they have followed you). This help page has more information on

あなたのアカウントはいっぱい自動でフォロー／フォロー解除してたから
サスペンドされたよ。
自動ツールで認めてるのはオートフォローバックだけで、
それ以外は使っちゃいけません。
もう使わないって誓う？

という感じだったので、謝罪しつつ復旧について改めて依頼。
土日＋αの時間を挟んで、先ほど無事復旧しました。
どうやら1/14付でルールが変わったようです。
twitterヘルプブログ
いくつか大事な点はあるんですが、
一番大きな変更として「短時間の大量フォロー」が
スパムと判定されやすくなるようです。
自動ツールによる一括フォローはもちろん、
手動による短時間の無差別フォローもスパムと判定されるそうです。
もう自動化ツールは使えないですね。
少なくとも私は。
あと、フォロー人数とフォロワー数の
バランスもスパム判定の要因だそうです。
またダイレクトメッセージに関しても、
短時間に続けて同じ内容のメールを
たくさんの人に送るとスパム判定となるようです。
日本人ユーザーも300万人を超え、雑誌の特集なども増えて
注目が集まっていますね。
何はともあれ、復旧に感謝。
